To provide a car washing machine including rotary brushes to apply a brushing process to the surface of a vehicle body, and efficiently and properly flushing off a liquid such as a fur removing agent attached to the brushes.

The car washing machine is equipped with a top brush 6 and side brush 7 to conduct the brushing process to the surface of the vehicle using a foaming fur removing agent, followed by flushing away the fur removing agent attached to the brushes 6 and 7 by flushing them with water. The rotary brushes 6 and 7 are put in the low speed rotation and high speed rotation alternately in repetition, whereby the water is attached to the brushes 6 and 7 in the low speed rotation to be shaken off by the high speed rotation.
