Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car washing machine for washing a car body surface by bringing a washer mounted on the outer periphery of a rotor coming into contact therewith, having reduced washing noises by reducing the impact of the washer when hitting the body surface and having improved washing effects by reducing washing irregularity.
SOLUTION: The washer 6 is formed of a foamed plate having a square developed condition when removed from the rotor. The foamed plate has two halves H1, H2 with its center line LC as a boundary turned around in the same direction along center folding lines 9, 9 in line symmetry to the center line LC and opposed to each other at their one-end opposite sides 6C, 6C' parallel to the center line LC. The mounting on the rotor is carried out in such a manner that both folding lines 9, 9 extend to the radial direction of the rotor and the other opposite sides 6B, 6B' perpendicular to the center line LC of the foamed plate 6 extend to the axial direction of the rotor.
