Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the atomization of fuel by focusing supersonic waves from a supersonic oscillator to a point on a main nozzle of a carbureter.
CONSTITUTION: A fuel main nozzle 1a opens to a venturi 1. A fuel passage communicated with the fuel nozzle 1a is shaped in the form of a tapered concentration path 7a. A supersonic oscillator 10 is disposed at the bottom of the path 7a and focuses supersonic waves to a focus point 8 of the fuel nozzle 1a, thereby enhancing the atomization of fuel blasted from the fuel nozzle 1a.
