PURPOSE: To hold bundled cads in the state received in a holder main body by providing the self-adhesive material bonded to one wall surface of the holder main body and the release sheet bonded to the adhesive surface of the self-adhesive material in a releasable manner and providing an engaging part to the other bent part of the holder main body and bonding one end part of a desired card to the bent end part of the self-adhesive material at a proper time.

CONSTITUTION: A self-adhesive material 2 is bonded to one wall surface 1a of a bendable holder main body A and a release sheet 3 is bonded to the adhesive surface of the self-adhesive material 2 in a releasable manner and a engaging part 4 is provided to the other bent part 1b of the holder main body in an obliquely protruding state. Since the end part of a desired card can be inserted in the engaging part 4, protruding pieces 4' are formed to the engaging part 4 so as not to tear said part 4. These protruding pieces 4' are inserted in and held to the notch parts 5 provided to the holder main body A when only the bendable holder main body A is folded in order to keep the folded state. One end part C' of a desired card C is bonded to the bent end part 1a' of the adhesive surface 2' of the self-adhesive material 2 and the end part C" of the desired card C is engaged with the engaging part 4 of the holder main body A to be folded to become a frame body R to form a plurality of cards Cx into one bundle.
