Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling amount detection device for a pneumatic unloader, that is capable of maintaining cargo handling capacity by keeping a constant flow rate while avoiding excessive suction of a bulk material and that is capable of reducing energy consumption, and that further is capable of improving detection accuracy and improving mounting with respect to pipelines and wiring workability.SOLUTION: A cargo handling amount detection device for a pneumatic unloader includes a flow rate sensor 16 which measures a flow rate Q of a bulk material B distributed inside a vertical pipe 10. The flow rate sensor 16 projects detection waves to the bulk material B and receives reflected waves in order to measure the flow rate of the bulk material B, and comprises a non-reception mechanism 32 of vertical pipe inner surface reflected waves in which reflected waves reflected by an inner surface of the vertical pipe 10 are not received.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
