PURPOSE: To perform storage of a substance to be conveyed and loading of it to a carrier ship capable of transporting slurry at a low cost.

CONSTITUTION: A slurry ship 1 moored at an off shore and having storage equipment for slurry comprises a deck crane 12 with a grab capable of outputting silica sand from a hatch coaming 11; and conveyor devices 13-15 capable of conveying silica sand outputted from a crane 12 with a grab. A running type tripper 17 is installed to the belt conveyor device 14 arranged along a port. A belt conveyor device 18 for loading protruded in the direction of the port and capable of loading silica sand to a silica sand carrier ship is arranged to the running type tripper 17. In this equipment, the slurry ship is moored and used as a conveyance relay base for a substance to be conveyed.
