This cargo handling tilting device for the industrial vehicle has a cargo handling device 12 rotatably supported with the axle 17 of the front wheels 16 of a forklift 10, and longitudinally inclines the cargo handling device 12, and has a mast support part 20 arranged on a mast 13 erected on the cargo handling device 12 and rotatably supporting the cargo handling device 12 with the axle 17, an overhang part 21 arranged on the mast 13 and extended toward the rear of a vehicle from the mast support 20, and an actuator 22 arranged in at the end on the vehicle rear side of the overhang part 21 and moving this end in the vertical direction. The cargo handling device 12 is longitudinally inclined by moving the end of the overhang part 21 in the vertical direction by the actuator 22.
