Abstract:
PURPOSE: To process to transfer a cargo from a low place to a high place in a simple constitution by standing a guide rail which has a circular arc part at the upper end, elevating-guiding an elevating frame along the guide rail through an upper and a lower wheels, and reversing the elevating frame with the circular arc part.
CONSTITUTION: To a receiving box 1 in a lowered position, a powder or particle form cargo such as a sediment is thrown in from a loading mechanism such as a conveyer and a shovel. After such a cargo is thrown in, a wire rope 7 is lifted by a hoist 8 so as to move the receiving box 1 to the upper place along a guide rail 9 through an upper wheel 4 and a lower wheel 5 of an elevator frame 2. And in the condition when the wire rope is wound up fully to the limit, the receiving box 1 is reversed clockwise by guiding the circular arc part at the upper part of the guide rail 9 with the wheels 4 and 5, and the cargo is released on a cargo receiving table 11. After the cargo is released, the tensile force of the wire rope 7 is loosened, and the receiving box 1 is restored to the original position by the operation of a counterweight 3 for restoration, and lowered to the lowered position.
