To provide a cargo transportation machine capable of being lightly traveled by a worker when it is manually traveled on a ceiling since it is light in weight and compact in size.
In the cargo transportation machine, a tube 12 of a cylinder 11 is mounted to a plate 10. The machine has a plate 14 mounted to a rod 13 of the cylinder 11, has a single or a plurality of moving pulleys supported on the plate 14, has a fixed block 17 and a fixed block 18 supported on the plate 10, and has a single or a plurality of moving pulleys supported on a plate 19. The plate 19 is engaged with the plate 10, and the plate 19 can be moved in a horizontal direction by the plate 10. A rope 22 is wound on the fixed block 17, one end of the rope 22 is bonded to the plate 14, and the other end of the rope 22 is bonded to the plate 19. A rope 23 has one end bonded to the plate 10 and the other end bonded to a sling 5 through the plurality of moving pulleys and the fixed block 18. The cargo 6 is lifted by a distance obtained by multiplying two times the total number of the moving pulleys by a distance of the expansion/contraction of the rod 13 of the cylinder 11.
