PURPOSE: To make the carrier operation management dependable by surely sending the all data along the movement route of the carrier to a central management part and analyzing them with the time change, to reduce the consumption power of a transmitter, and to use it for a simple carrier like a lift.

CONSTITUTION: The carrier swing angle transmission device is provided with a transmitter 10 attached to the carrier which travels on the rope and sending the inclination angle data by radiowave and infrared ray signal and a receptor 20 which is fixed to the supporting facility of the rope and accepts a signal. The transmitter 10 consists of data storage memory 13, clock circuit 17, proximity sensing means 40, transmission circuit 15, control circuit 14, and battery 18 supplying power to each part. The output data of an inclination sensor 11 and the clock data are paired, recorded and stored in the data storage memory 13 in succession at the constant cycle. The data stored in the memory 13 are read out by the prescribed number in part corresponding to the output of the proximity sensing means and they are outputted from the circuit 15 to the receptor 20 as a serial signal.
