To enable even a user having little knowledge or experience in carwashing to easily perform expert carwashing work by himself in a carwash provided with at least either a spray-type car washing machine or an automatic car washing machine and a free area in which finishing work such as wiping after carwashing or the like can be performed at any time, by allowing an instructor standing by within the carwash to give a user guidance on carwashing work and by providing necessary carwashing equipment, an treatment agent and a hands-on training area.

The carwash has at least seminar space C1 and storage space C2. The seminar space is for the user coming to the carwash to take a seminar on car washing work, and the storage space is for storing the carwashing equipment and the treatment agent which are lent to the user. Then a building B, where the instructor who gives the user guidance on car washing work is kept on standby, is placed within the premises of the carwash. Furthermore, within the premises, the hands-on training areas Aj1 to Aj5 are provided for the user to do car washing work by using the carwashing equipment and the treatment agent.
