PURPOSE: To make the entire part of apparatus thin and less bulky by employing various pushbutton rods, various linking members linked to the rods, and various notched cam gears which are superposed of two pieces each.

CONSTITUTION: A notched cam gear 147 and a notched cam gear 124 linked to a pushbutton rod 90 and a rewinding pushbutton rod 91 are superposed and are meshed with a gear 71 which is coaxial to a flywheel rotated by a motor. On the other hand, a notched cam gear 57 linked to a playback pushbutton rod 49 and a notched cam gear 75 linked to a recording pushbutton rod 159 are superposed and are meshed with the gear 71. The prescribed gears (147, 124, 57, 75) are turned deviatedly by a specified angle with the gear 71 respectively separately by the pressing operations of the rods (33, 90, 91, 49, 159), whereby a sliding plate is moved.
