Abstract:
To provide a device that is able to efficiently drop cast sand on a workpiece that is a cast product.SOLUTION: A cast sand dropping device 1 includes a device body 10 installed on a floor surface. The device body 10 includes: a placing table 30 on which a workpiece W is placed; a vibrating air piston 22 and a seesaw rod 61 that vertically move the placing table 30; and a first coil spring group 50 that is disposed above the workpiece W placed on the placing table 30 and is composed of a plurality of coil springs 51 with a vertical direction as a compressing direction. When the placing table 30 is moved upward by the vibrating air piston 22 and the seesaw rod 61, the workpiece W collides with the first coil spring group 50 to give an impact, and cast sand adhering to the workpiece W consequently falls.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
