Abstract:
To provide a casting crankshaft in which evil is not generated by a core material remaining in a hollow part, and to provide its production method.
In the casting crankshaft, a hollow part 20 is formed by casting using a core. The casting crankshaft is provided with: a crankshaft body 10 having an inner wall 10a prescribing the hollow part 20; sand 25 as the core material remaining on the inner wall 10a; and a covering part 30 covering the inner wall 10a together with the sand 25 and fixing the sand 25 to the surface of the inner wall 10a.
