To provide a method capable of casting a pipe in a product with a simple constitution in a state where joining strength is satisfactory.
Disclosed is a method where a pipe 3 is arranged in the cavity 2 of a die 1, and molten metal is poured to the outside of the pipe in the cavity 2, so as to cast-in the pipe 3. The method comprises: a filling stage S1 where sand 4 coated with an organic binding agent is filled into the pipe; a burning stage S2 where the organic binding agent in the sand 4 filled into the pipe 3 is burnt; an arranging stage S3 where the pipe 3 is arranged in the die 1; a molten metal pouring stage S4 where the molten metal is poured into the cavity 2, and a product in which the pipe 3 is cast is formed; and an exhaust stage S5 where the sand 4 is exhausted from the inside of the pipe 3 in the product discharged from the inside of the die 1. Then, the filling stage S1, the burning stage S2, the arranging stage S3, the molten metal pouring stage S4 and the exhaust stage S5 are successively performed.
