Abstract:

To heat respective metal mold molding faces of upper and lower metal molds by a metal mold molding face heating-means prior to the setting of casting raw materials to the metal molds, in a casting metal mold device.

A casting metal mold device comprises an upper metal mold 10 and a lower metal mold 20, also comprises metal mold-heating means 11, 21 for heating the upper and lower metal molds 10, 20, and is used for the high-temperature casting of casting raw materials. The casting metal mold device further comprises a metal mold molding face heating-means 31 which can be inserted to and contracted from a gap between the upper and lower metal molds 10, 20, and heats respective metal mold molding faces 10a, 20a of the upper and lower metal molds 10, 20 prior to the setting of the casting raw materials to the metal molds 10, 20.
