Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the seizure of a molding without using a mold release agent.
CONSTITUTION: Forming molds 1 and 2 are molded of an alloy essentially consisting of tungsten. The tungsten oxide powder deposits on the forming surfaces 1a, 2a of the forming molds 1, 2 by the high temp. of a molten metal when the molten is force fed into the cavity 3. The releasing of the molding from the molds by utilizing the tungsten oxide powder is executed.
