Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small casting production method capable of improving productivity and reducing production cost by forming a communication path easily with high accuracy and provide a casting.SOLUTION: As a production method for casting of a rear cover, a pipe 46 having a removal part 46A partially folded toward a movable mold 42 is prepared, then one end 46a of the pipe 46 and the other end 46b of the pipe 46 are supported to a fix mold 41, and then the pipe 46 is installed to a cavity 43. Casting material is flowed into the cavity 43 and then the removal part 46A and a part of the rear cover 11 are removed from the rear cover 11 which has been removed from the fix mold 41 and the movable mold 42 thereby two intake paths and discharge paths which communicate with one surface and the other surface of the rear cover 11 are independently formed.
