Then, floating diffusions FDa and FDb, plural output amplifiers A1 and A2 to amplify respective output signals v1 and v2 from the floating diffusions FDa and FDb and an adder circuit 8 to add output amplified signals Sa1 and Sa2 from the respective output amplifiers A1 and A2 are connected to the respective horizontal registers H1 and H2.
