To realize the attaching and detaching mechanism for an inner lid of a ceiling panel at a low cost to contrive the improvement of maintenance property as well as the reduction of maintenance cost.
A ceiling panel is constituted of an inner lid 5 and a grille frame 4. In this case, one side of the supporting point side of the grille frame 4 is provided with an arced slit 8 on a circumference about a supporting fitting mounting hole 7 and the opposed side to the supporting point of the inner lid 5 is provided with an L-shape notched part 10 having a projected part, one of the supporting point side of the inner lid is provided with a round slit 11, the other side of the same is provided with an L-shape notched part 12 while a retaining device mounting hole 13 is provided above the L-shape notched part 12 to screw a retaining fitting 14 into the retaining fitting mounting hole 13. According to this constitution, the inner lid 5 will not be released out of and dropped from the grille frame 4 due to careless operation while the inner lid can be attached to and detached from the ceiling panel easily and quickly by removing the retaining fitting 14.
