Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture apparatus and cell culture method which are capable of collecting cells separately by type even at the time of subculturing in co-culture of plural types of cells.SOLUTION: A cell culture apparatus has a culture method-setting unit for setting up a cultural cell type and a drug solution type of a release agent, an exfoliation time determination unit for determining an exfoliation time required for exfoliation of a cell cultured in a culture vessel, according to a cell type and a drug solution type determined at the culture method-setting unit, and a separation unit for separating a different type of cells based on the exfoliation time determined by the exfoliation time determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
