Abstract:
To remove bubbles and to improve reliability of a sensor.
This sensor includes a cell holding substrate 1, a well 2 arranged over the cell holding substrate 1, the first electrode 4 arranged inside the well 2, a passage 5 arranged below the cell holding substrate 1, and the second electrode 7 arranged inside the passage 5. The cell holding substrate 1 has a through hole 9 connecting from the upper surface to the lower surface of the cell holding substrate 1, and a projection 10 is provided on a part corresponding to the downside of the through hole 9 inside the passage 5. Hereby, bubbles adhering to the downside of the through hole 9 can be removed and the reliability of the sensor can be improved.
