Abstract:
To provide a technique for enabling high through-put, and sure selection of the objective cell.
A cell-picking system designed to separate a eucaryotic cell expressing a specific molecule is provided. In the cell-picking system, the eucaryotic cell forms a complex with a binding molecule bindable to the specific molecule; the eucaryotic cell expressing the specific molecule is detected on the basis of the formation of the complex with a detector; and the detected eucaryotic cell is automatically recovered with a manipulator drivably connected to the detector.
