Abstract:
To provide a film manufacturing method which obtains a uniform cellulose acetate film with low double refraction and enables the simultanaous coating of a plurality of layers.
In the film manufacturing method, a coating and drying apparatus is used in order to manufacture a resin film suitable for use in an optical field. In more detail, the cellulose acetate film is manufactured by simultanaously coating a movable carrier substrate with a plurality of liquid layers. After a solvent is removed, the cellulose acetate film is peeled from the carrier substrate used as a support. The cellulose acetate film thus manufactured shows good demensional stability and low double refraction.
