To provide a cement admixture obtaining a cement hardened body which can be easily kneaded, whose shrinkage upon hardening is reduced and which has high strength, when being added to a cement composition, and to provide a cement composition obtaining a cement hardened body which can be easily kneaded, whose shrinkage upon hardening is reduced and which has high strength.

The cement admixture comprises specified pozzolan micropowder as the main component. Further, the cement composition comprises the cement admixture comprising specified pozzolan micropowder as the main component, cement and a cement dispersant.
