Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a cement for a high strength spray concrete having a high fluidity with a low water cement ratio and exhibiting a good setting.hardening property when an accelerator is added even in the case when a mixing temp. of the spray concrete becomes high temp. like at summer.
SOLUTION: A gypsum containing ≥30wt.% anhydrous gypsum and/or gypsum dihydride is compounded to a powdery clinker in which 3CaO.Al2O3 content is 2-7wt.%, 4CaO.Al2O3.Fe2O3 content is 2-13wt.%, the sum of the 3CaO.Al2O3 and the 4CaO.Al2O3.Fe2O3 is 8-16wt.% and containing the balance 3CaO.SiO2 and 2CaO.SiO2.
