PURPOSE: To ensure a constant cleaning and polishing function by operating again work fluid after enabling the work fluid to restore by itself at all times according to centrifugal force generated at the time of rotational motion of a movable work cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: A billet 15 penetrates a guide sleevee 4 of a right cover 3 as well as a left cover 2 of a centrigugal fluid cleaning and polishing apparatus 19. After a specified amount of working body 14 is filled through a hole 7 then the hole 7 is closed with a cap 8. A supply pump 6 connected to a porous pipe of atomization is switched on and thereby working fluid is atomizationwise supplied to the circumference from the center of a movable working cylinder 1. A rotational force is transmitted to the cylinder 1 through a motor 10, belt 13 and belt pulley 12. By the aid of the centrifugal force generated accordingly the woring body 14 is made to pass through while forming an elastic ring around the billet 15 to be cleaned. The working fluid washes the body 14 and carries out metal oxide and wear powder separated therefrom.
