Abstract:
To provide a ceramic electronic component in which a crack to be generated in a ceramic element assembly is reduced.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a ceramic electronic component comprising: a ceramic element assembly including an end face along a first axis and a side face across the end face and along a second axis; an end face electrode formed on the end face of the ceramic element assembly; and a lead terminal bonded to the end face electrode by a solder. The lead terminal includes an adjacent part overlapped with the end face electrode in a side view in a direction along the second axis, and an extension part extending from an end of the adjacent part in a direction away from a surface including a side face. A first recess which is recessed in a direction away from a surface including the end face is formed in the extension part, and the first recess exists at a position close to the end of the adjacent part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
