Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the ceramic jig for airtightly sealing the lead wire of an electronic part, improving the yield of the airtight sealing process and enabling the improvement in working environments.
CONSTITUTION: The jig comprises 15-60wt.% of hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) and the remaining amount of one kind or more selected from sialon, aluminum oxynitride (AlON), alumina (Al2O3), mullite (3Al2O3.2SiO2).
