Abstract:
To provide a ceramic structure, while maintaining the mechanical and chemical properties of the body of a ceramic component, which includes a continuous low-frictional sliding layer, namely, a self-lubricating film only on the surface thereof, and to provide a method for producing the same.
A metal film having excellent adhesion is formed on a prescribed surface in a ceramic structure by a high melting point metal process, a nickel plating layer as an intermediate protective layer is formed on the metal film by a plating process, a nickel-molybdenum disulfide deposition film layer is formed on the intermediate protective layer, and a self-lubricating film having excellent adhesion is formed on the surface of the ceramic structure.
