As the ceramic sintered bodies, a silicon nitride sintered body, a sailon sintered body, a silicon carbide sintered body, a boron nitride sintered body, zirconia sintered body, tungsten carbide sintered body, a titanium borite sintered body, etc., can be mentioned.
