Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a ceramics composition sinterable at a low temperature of ≤1,000°C, having high specific inductive capacity, insulation resistance, low dielectric loss, excellent high-temperature load reliability and high moisture- resistant load reliability.

CONSTITUTION: A Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3-Pb(Mg1/2W1/2)O3-based composition which is an oxide having a composition with a range enclosed by A, B, C and D in a three-component composition diagram and is obtained by adding Mn oxide, Si oxide and Al oxide to an oxide composition with a range comprising 66.7-68.8wt.% PbO, 10.5-17.6wt.% Nb2O5, 3.0-5.1wt.% MgO, 5.2-8.9wt.% WO3 and 2.3-8.7wt.% TiO2.
