Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation management of equipment and system and to prevent a card from being illegally issued or illegally carried out by an illegal person during the absence of a worker by composing this system of a collation processing means, a discrimination means, a storage means, an erasure means and a stop means.
SOLUTION: A card preparing device 4 is provided with a card reader 41 to connect an ID card 5 such as an IC card inserted by the card preparation worker. In this case, when there are instruction data from the card reader 41, the instruction is executed, and response data are outputted to the card reader 41. In this case, a control circuit 42 of the card reader 41 reads the response data through a read part 43 and collates them with a previously stored code and only when they are coincident, the card preparing device 4 can be operated. Thus, since the card preparing device 4 collates the code while using the card reader 41 and the ID card 5 of the worker, the card can be prevented from being illegally prepared by the illegal person while using the card preparing device 4.
