Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a saw chain having a narrow cutting width and a light weight by reducing in weight a chain blade and decreasing components for constituting the chain.
CONSTITUTION: Front and rear parts of a chain blade 1 are bent substantially in parallel to integrally form the cutter 1 of a three-stage structure having a front part F, a central part C and a rear part R, a blade 2 is formed at the upper part, and a driving pawl 5 is formed at the part C. The blade 1 having connecting holes 4, 7 at the parts F, R and a chain blade 8 symmetrical to the cutter 1 are formed, and the blades 1, 8 are alternately connected to form a saw chain 11.
