A heater setting place is provided between the rear section of a seat section and the lower section of a backrest. Then, above the heater setting place, a lifting space, wherein the heat from a heater placed in the heater setting place lifts, is provided. The heater is set in the heater setting plate. As the heater, a portable cooking stove or a brazier wherein charcoal is burnt is used. Then, charcoal is used as the fuel to be burnt in the heater.
