PURPOSE: To ensure better operation at the preset time through a simple constitution by securing the automatic control for the count direction of the counter to generate the digital signals for memorization.

CONSTITUTION: The following units are installed: memory 9 which converts the tuning voltage to be supplied to electronic tuner 1 into the digital signals to memorize them; D/A converter 19 which applies the memory output to tuner 1; counter 10 which is capable of the reversible counting and produces the digital signals; and voltae comparator 29 which compares the voltage obtained through D/A conversion 19 of the signals supplied from counter 10 with the voltage set up to variable resistor 28 respectively. Thus, the count direction of counter 10 is controlled, and the counting is given in the direction where the conversion voltage is made approximate to the set voltage. When the both voltage are in agreement with each other, the digital signals generated from counter 10 are memorized in memory 9
