PURPOSE: To manage charge more exactly by providing a means which informs a charge bearer of charge at the time of the completion of transmission of a stored telegraphic message to all destination terminals.

CONSTITUTION: When a facsimile store and forward switchboard 11 transmits the telegraphic message to plural facsimile terminals 14 such as a first facsimile terminal 14, a store and forward switching part 16 transfers the destination address and information of the attribute of the telegraphic message or the like to a communication control part 12, and the communication control part 12 originates a call based on these information. In this case, the telegraphic message is successively transmitted to a prescribed number of terminals 14 such as the first terminal 14. Each time transmission of the telegraphic message to terminals 14 is terminated, the communication control part 12 sends information related to charge to the store and forward switching part 16 if being informed of this information from a network 13. The store and forward switching part 16 outputs the charge report generating indication to a charge management part 17, and this part 16 sends charge information to a charge report generating part 18. Thus, charge for communication is accurately managed.
