Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of configuring a high accuracy equal dsitributer that can cope with any distribution number through the use of charge transfer elements.
SOLUTION: The device is made up of a 1st charge signal divider that receives one input charge signal and divides it into N sets of signals and up of a charge signal adder that adds N×N' sets of charge signal packets outputted corresponding to N'-set of inputs received sequentially by the charge signal divider in terms of charge regions according to a planned combination in advance to form N"-set of output charge signals (N, N' are natural numbers being 2 or over and N' is natural number being 3 or over).
