Abstract:
To make it possible to easily perform charging control that appropriately controls a charging voltage to a secondary battery.SOLUTION: A charging control unit 3 included in a charger performs charging control to calculate a value obtained by sequentially adding times when a battery voltage of a secondary battery 11 reaches a predetermined voltage (high voltage reference voltage: for example, 4.1 V) or more as a high voltage cumulative time, and when in a state of obtaining a plurality of different time threshold values as a first high voltage section threshold value and a second high voltage section threshold value indicating sections of a high voltage cumulative time, the high voltage cumulative time is any of the plurality of high voltage section threshold values (the high voltage cumulative time accords with the first high voltage section threshold value or the second high voltage section threshold value), to change the charging voltage of the secondary battery 11 from a first charging voltage to a second charging voltage lower than the first charging voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
