PURPOSE: To manage the time used by the 3rd party accurately by displaying communication charge information read from a communication charge area at the date and time read from a charge notice date time area onto a subscriber terminal equipment corresponding to the subscriber number read from the subscriber number area.

CONSTITUTION: A date and time is set to a charge notice date time area 12 corresponding to a subscriber terminal equipment 1 from the subscriber terminal equipment 1, and when the preset date and time is coincident with the date and time stored in the charge notice date time area 12, communication charge information is read from a communication charge area 13. Then the communication charge information is sent to the subscriber terminal equipment 1 of the subscriber number read from a subscriber number area 11 corresponding to the communication charge area 13 and displayed on the display means of the subscriber terminal equipment 1, and after the communication charge information is displayed on the display means, the content of the communication charge area 13 is cleared. Thus, when the 3rd party other than the subscriber uses the subscriber terminal equipment for a specific time according to the purpose such as rental, the time of the subscriber terminal equipment used by the 3rd party is accurately managed.
