Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a checkup device for a precut work material by which it is checked whether the precut work material is individually processed with accuracy.
SOLUTION: A movable device 14 is positioned and moved along a rail by a servo motor 13 and is equipped with a frame 15, to which an arm member 16 is fitted. A laser generator 17 is fitted to the arm member 16. When the tip of a precut work conveyor by a carrying conveyor 10 runs into a stopper 11, the movable device 14 is moved after being sequentially positioned by the servo motor 13 so that a laser beam originating from the laser generator 17 is emitted to the center of a processing position on the precut work. Consequently the movable device 14 stops at a position for processing the precut work. Therefore, when the movable device 14 stops at the position for processing the precut work and the laser beam is emitted from the laser generator 17, it is possible to visually check whether the specified position of the precut work is accurately processed and thereby check whether the processing of the precut work at all the specified positions is accurate.
