Abstract:
To provide a chemical analysis chip demonstrating highly accurate test results by controlling the pulsation of a sample solution.
The chemical analysis chip 300 is equipped with: a pumping means 330 for transporting the sample solution; a flow channel 340 for flowing the sample solution; and a testing means 350 for testing the sample solution. The pumping means 330 has: a structure provided with a thin film piezoelectric element and a supporting member for supporting the piezoelectric element; and a pump chamber having first and second substrates between which the structure is inserted, and being surrounded by the second substrate and the structure.
