To easily adjust the swinging dissolution amount of a chemical by constituting a chemical cylinder which is placed in the disinfection tank of a septic tank from a cylinder having an open upper surface, a lid body which is engaged with it freely attachably/detachably, and a rod having an inner bottom plate in its lower part.
A chemical cylinder is constituted from a cylinder 1 which has an open upper surface, consists of a bottom surface 2 and side surface, and has holes in the lower part of the side surface, a lid body 6 which is engaged freely attachably/detachably with the cylinder 1 and has through holes 7, and rods 5 which are inserted into the holes 7, move freely vertically in the lid body 6 and has a inner bottom plate 4 in its lower part which is fixed at an optional place. As a fixing means of the rod 5, a spiral groove 10 is formed in the rod 5, and a spiral groove 9 in accordance with the groove 10 is formed in the projection part 8 which is formed around the hole 7 in the middle of the lid body 6. In order to adjust the dissolution of a chemical, the rod 5 is rotated to move the plate 4 vertically.
