Abstract:
To provide a chipping system and a chipping method for firmly integrating applied concrete and mortar and existing concrete and mortar after chipping by water jet, simplifying treatment such as washing, and removing components contained in a recovered water after the chipping with a simple facility.
This chipping system 1 includes a water jet type chipping device 12 for jetting, at a high pressure, water WWJ for water jet supplied via a water supply pipe 131 for water jet, and an additive acting to concrete fine particles generated by the chipping and/or a component that is contained in the concrete and dissolved in water used for the chipping is dissolved or dispersed in the water for water jet.
