Abstract:
To provide a circuit board inspection device designed to prevent deterioration or breakdown of elements mounted on a circuit board.
A circuit board 40 is positioned and held with hold members 111, 112 having board contacts 111a held at the ground potential so that members 111, 112 contact a ground pattern on the board 40 and a plurality of probe pins 121 are contacted to the circuit board 40 to inspect circuits on the board 40.
