A semiconductor device 5 provided with a first and a second electrodes 13 and 15 is connected at the first electrode 13 with an electrode terminal 12 formed on a substrate 1b, and is connected at the second electrode 15 with an end of a wiring pattern 17 of a flexible wiring board 4a, while the other end of the wiring pattern 17 of the flexible wiring board 4a is connected with an electrode terminal 19 of another wiring substrate 3 having a wiring pattern. Consequently, this makes it possible to secure delicate connection pitches and input to the semiconductor device 5 through a low impedance wiring.
