PURPOSE: To provide the circuit device provided with dielectric filter which enables high-density mounting with simple structure.
CONSTITUTION: A dielectric resonator 10 equipped with a dielectric block 11 having a resonance hole, inner conductor 14 formed on the inner surface of the resonance hole of the dielectric block 11, and outer conductor 16 formed on the outer peripheral side of the dielectric block 11, is provided. A capacitor 20 conducted with the inner conductor 14 of this dielectric resonator 10 and respectively confronting plural electrodes 23 and 24 through a dielectric to the outer peripheral side of a conductor 17 separated from the outer conductor 16 is formed. This dielectric resonator 10 is mounted on a circuit board (a), one electrode 24 on the outer peripheral side of that capacitor 20 is connected and fixed to land electrodes (b) and (b) on the circuit board (a) as an input/ output electrode, and the outer conductor 16 is connected and fixed to the land electrodes on the circuit board (a). Further, another electrode 23 of the capacitor 20 of the dielectric resonator is connected and fixed to the correspondent electrode 23 of the other dielectric resonator 10 as a connecting electrode.
