To provide a device for establishing a method for rearing sea organisms, capable of being utilized for providing/protecting a safe food culture by prolonging the life of organism activities (fishes and shellfishes) in sea water or a fresh water continuously and also for a sludge waste treatment by a biological treatment, establishing efficiency and safety, using a small area as energy saving and especially establishing a method without exchanging sea water, which may be essential for rearing the sea organisms.

This device is constituted by (a) having a device body having a structurally strong circular outside shape by using a mineral or a vinyl-based material quality for activating the rearing of the organisms and waste treatment rationally, (b) blowing oxygen through a guiding pipe from the bottom surface in a layer for utilizing/applying the buoyancy of oxygen for circulating/treating oxygen necessary for the organisms and residues generated from the organisms and (c) penetrating or agitating the residues having a larger specific gravity than oxygen or water. Thereby, it is possible to secure a bactericidal effect and necessary roles of photosynthetic conditions such as sleep, rest and hibernation or a biological rhythm in light and darkness for the organisms such as algae, treat with a floating ceramic for changing hosts in other diverse organisms and be able to treat according to the roles of each of them such as an oil decomposition.
