To effect cladding in the atmosphere without using expensive silver solder by roll-welding while interposing an insert material selected among Al(alloy), Ca(alloy) and Ni(alloy) between a powder sintered material and a produced metallic plate.
The powder sintered material 2 and the produced metallic plate 3 are roll-welded by interposing the insert material 4 of the Al(alloy), Cu(alloy), and Ni(alloy) between both materials. In the case of using the Al(alloy) as the insert material, the warm rolling at 200-500°C and ≥5% draft, is executed. In the case of using the Cu(alloy) as the insert material, the warm rolling at 300-600°C and ≥5% draft, is executed. In the case of using the Ni(alloy) as the insert material, the warm rolling at 300-700°C and ≥5% draft, is executed. In any case, the roll-welding is executed in the atmosphere. In the case of being too low temp. in the rolling, roll-welding is made to insufficient. In the case of being too high temp. in the rolling, the pores in the sintered material 2 are crushed. In the case of being too large draft, since the pores in the sintered material 2 are crushed, the draft is desirable to be ≤30%.
