Each end of guide bars 4 faces the other bar's with a space narrower than the width of the flat cable 99, and the width from the end of each guide bar 4 to the joint of the other guide bar 4 is larger than the width of the flat cable 99. The flat cable 99 is inserted through the space between both ends of the guide bars from either side of the guide bars 4 to the space between the other guide bar 4 and clamping plates 1a, 1b, and the edge 99a of the flat cable is abutted to the joint of the other guide bar 4 (A), and under this condition, the flat cable 99 is made turned to pass both ends 99a, 99b through a pair of guide bars 4 (B), and folded and engaged with engaging parts 3a, 3b.
